Each RA0525 set contains 10 individual foam filters.

Introduction
The RA0525 is a 30 PPI (pores per inch) filter foam designed for use with 711-style ear simulators, including models such as the GRAS RA0045, RA0401, RA0402, RA0403, RA0404, and others. It serves as a dust filter, protecting the internal components of the ear simulator from contamination by airborne particles. All GRAS 711-style ear simulators come equipped with this filter as standard. The RA0525 is available as a replacement part, intended for use when the original filter becomes damaged, clogged, or misplaced.
To install a new RA0525 foam filter, begin by removing any adapters or accessories attached to the 711-style ear simulator, ensuring the assembly matches the configuration shown in the product image. Using a pair of tweezers, carefully extract the existing filter and insert the replacement.
If you suspect dust contamination inside the coupler that may be impacting performance, please contact GRAS Support for further assistance. Alternatively, you may reach out to GRAS Service or your local GRAS representative to arrange for the product to be returned to our workshop for inspection and service.
