Product Lifetime Support
To GRAS, reliability, repeatability and quality are key. Our products are designed to withstand normal wear and tear and some of our microphones extreme wear and tear, so that they can serve you in your daily measurements and last for many years. We thus offer technical support for the entire product lifetime and up to seven years after a product has been discontinued. In addition to technical support, we offer calibration and repair services. Please refer to the Global Repair and Calibration Service section for more information on what we offer in relation to calibration and repair services.
